Components carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Project kits
Assembled kits carry a 90-day warranty. If it stops working through no fault of the wiring you added, send it back and we will repair or replace it.
Not covered
Physical damage, water damage, reversed polarity, over-voltage, and anything that has been soldered or modified.
Making a claim
Write to us with your order reference and a description of the fault, and we will send return instructions.
