Orders
An order is a request to buy, not a contract. We confirm it by email once payment clears. We may decline an order and refund it, for example if a part is out of stock or a price was listed wrongly.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Project kits and documents
Project kits are supplied for learning. The synopsis and report are reference material to work from and write up in your own words; submitting them unchanged as your own work is between you and your institution.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered in working condition. We are not responsible for what you build with it, for marks awarded, or for damage caused by incorrect wiring or supply voltage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Gujarat.
