What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can send you what you bought.
- Enquiries: whatever you type into the contact form.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser, recorded with orders and enquiries to spot abuse.
Payments
Payment is taken by our payment gateway. Card and UPI details are entered on the gateway's own pages and never reach this website, so we do not see or store them.
Who else sees it
Your delivery details go to the courier that carries your order, and your order details go to the payment gateway. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are deleted once they are dealt with.
Your choices
Write to us at the address on the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
