Dispatch
Components ordered before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Project kits are assembled and tested to order, which usually adds one working day.
Delivery time
Most addresses in India receive their parcel in three to six working days. Remote pincodes can take longer.
Charges
Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free above the threshold shown there.
Tracking
We email the courier and tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
Damage in transit and missing parcels
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged, with photographs of the packaging. If tracking stops moving for more than five working days, write to us and we will chase the courier or resend the order.
